Do I have to sign any contract?
There’s no contract to sign, you can use us once or as often as you like. We want you to want us to come back and not force you to have to have us come back.
What if you go over the hour?
If you’ve chosen a fixed cleaning package with us then the price is the price regardless of when we finish. If you’ve asked us to attend for an hour and you require the services for longer then you will be charged for the next hour.
I have allergies to certain cleaning products?
Whilst we bring our own cleaning products to provide you with a pristine finish, you will have to inform us beforehand if you have certain allergies to certain products as we will avoid using these. You can supply your own cleaning products if you choose (this doesn’t reduce the rate, sorry).
Do you provide your services over the holiday periods?
We cover most holidays and bank holidays but Christmas is excluded. Rates may vary on certain holiday periods, please check beforehand.
What notice is required to book a cleaner?
We try and provide cleaners to suit all bookings but on occasion if the notice is too short we may have to decline and offer you another suitable day if no staff are available.
What methods of payment are available?
At the moment we only accept cash on completion but this will be extended to cover debit and credit card. Commercial users are offered the opportunity to pay by invoice (subject to status).
